 General Manager - Barrie ON, 
The General Managers role is to provide leadership to the management and employee team within one restaurant.  Critical responsibilities include supporting and being a role model of company policies and philosophies, ensuring the quality of both the food and the dining experience and creating an equal opportunity environment that is safe and motivating.  Development of his/her management team, coach and train employees and build his/her restaurant's profitability through strong restaurant execution of food, service, work-environment and community relations is a must.

The Dining Room Manager’s role is to lead by example and provide leadership to employees who deliver a great dining experience to our guests. Critical responsibilities include adhering to, and enforcing, company policies and philosophies, demonstrating a passion for service and creating a memorable dining experience for all guests. Attention to detail and high standards are critical.  

 Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager’s role is to lead by example and provide strategic leadership and hands-on assistance to employees who prepare our guests’ food. Critical responsibilities include adhering to, and enforcing company policies and philosophies, teaching and coaching employees and managing controls that contribute to restaurant profitability. Demonstrating a passion for food and attending to the details of food quality, safety and standards are critical.
